THE CHALLENGE
No Clear View of Crews, Routes, or Property-Level Issues
The company specializes in helping San Francisco businesses get into compliance with the City's Recycle and Compost Separation Ordinances (RCSO). Their teams visit hotels, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings to ensure waste, recycling, and compost are sorted correctly.
But behind the scenes, they had no unified system for tracking where their workers were, what properties had been serviced, or what issues were being found.
Their biggest operational problems included:

- A custom API connector to Deputy Timekeeping, allowing site supervisors to see directly from the app who from the team is clocked in/out
